Permission to Build Small
I’ve noticed a pattern in myself: if an idea can’t be big, I sometimes treat it as not worth doing at all.
But the longer I work on this, the more I realize that small things are not failures — they’re a strategy.
Small projects:- finish more often
- cost less to maintain
- teach faster
- don’t demand a personality transplant
A site doesn’t have to “scale” to be useful.
A page doesn’t have to become a brand.
A project doesn’t have to justify its existence with revenue on day one.
- it exists now
- it’s clean
- it’s yours
That’s enough.
